Ryu Hayabusa arrives in America after receiving a troubling letter from his father, and a chase involving ancient statues quickly grows into something stranger. Story scenes give the journey a striking sense of urgency, but the stages communicate through fast movement and harsh consequences.
Ryu slashes at close range, throws collected ninja techniques, and clings to walls to reach difficult ledges. Enemies often pressure the edge of a jump, so advancing without a plan can turn one hit into a long fall. The reward is a run that begins to look choreographed: land, cut, climb, and move before the next threat can close the distance.
