A night at the opera leaves New York officer Aya Brea facing an impossible outbreak of bodily transformation. Her investigation follows Eve through a Manhattan whose familiar public spaces become settings for increasingly disturbing encounters.
During battles you can move Aya around the arena while waiting for the action bar, then pause to select a shot, item, or Parasite Energy ability. Position affects range and gives you a chance to evade attacks instead of absorbing every hit. Tools let weapons and armor inherit useful properties from other equipment. This combination makes preparation and footwork equally valuable inside an unusually concentrated, uneasy city adventure.
