While Mario was away, Wario took over his castle and scattered the six golden coins needed to enter it. Recovering them sends you across a map of themed zones, from enormous household objects to space and a giant mechanical Mario.
The generous character sprites and less hurried exploration give the handheld adventure a welcoming personality. A carrot power equips bunny ears that let Mario slow his descent, turning tricky jumps into opportunities to drift and investigate. The overworld offers freedom in choosing your next destination, while unusual settings keep the familiar platforming formula curious and light on its feet.
