Fei Fong Wong begins with little certainty about his past, and a catastrophe in his village draws him into the wars surrounding immense fighting machines called Gears. On foot, battles use combinations of attacks that develop into cinematic Deathblows.

Gear combat changes the priorities, asking you to consider fuel and mechanical capabilities alongside direct damage. The journey moves through towns, deserts, and political conflicts while steadily expanding its questions about memory, belief, and human origins. It asks for patience with dialogue and complicated ideas, but the intimate relationships among its travelers give that scale a personal center beyond the machinery.
